Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding the ₹1,000 registration fee paid online through Razorpay for enrolment at either branch — British English Institute, Jankipuram and SpeakUp Institute, Kursi Road, Lucknow. We are an MSME registered, ISO certified, and Startup India recognized organization.

By making a payment on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full before proceeding with payment.

Once the ₹1,000 registration fee is paid successfully through Razorpay, it is final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after registration.
• Inability to attend classes for personal, medical, or professional reasons.
• Dissatisfaction with the branch, batch timing, faculty, or course content.
• Withdrawal from the course at any stage, before or after classes begin.
• Termination of enrolment due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct.

No partial refunds, credit notes, or fee transfers to another individual will be issued under any circumstances.

The registration fee reserves your seat in a batch and is used to allocate faculty, study material, and classroom resources in advance for every enrolled student. As a result, this amount is treated as fully earned and committed at the time of successful payment.

In the rare event that the Institute itself cancels a batch and is unable to offer any alternative batch, branch, or timing to accommodate the affected students, the matter will be handled at the sole discretion of the Institute's management. Please contact us directly if this situation applies to you.

Please confirm the following before completing your ₹1,000 registration payment via Razorpay, as the fee cannot be refunded once paid:

• You have selected the correct branch — Jankipuram or Kursi Road.
• You have confirmed the course and batch timing with our counselling team.
• You have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and this Refund Policy.
